About BlueAlpha

BlueAlpha helps growth organizations make decisions with strategic confidence and execute with greater operational efficiency. Our econometrics and causal inference models reveal what drives revenue, while our agentic marketing infrastructure turns those insights into action by automating workflows across growth operations.

Marketing teams manage eight-figure budgets while relying on manual work and numbers they struggle to defend. Ad platforms can overstate their results. Attribution often breaks under scrutiny. The result is lost value on two fronts: misallocated spend and hours spent on repetitive work like reporting, campaign execution, and pacing checks.

We’re already working with large enterprises to solve both problems. We embed with our clients’ teams, map how decisions actually get made, build econometric models around those decisions using our data science platform, and automate the manual work that slows their teams down.

Attribution tries to answer one question: did the ad spend make money? There are a hundred more like it. Was the promotion profitable, or did it just pull forward sales you’d have made anyway? Is the price too low? Was the new range worth the complexity? Too often, these questions go unmeasured and get settled in meetings by whoever argues best.

We’re building one model of what actually drives a consumer business, so a price change and a Meta campaign can be compared in the same units. Marketing is where we start: big budgets, unreliable measurement, and opportunities to test and learn quickly.

Role Overview

In this Senior Client Impact role, you’ll own client relationships and take responsibility for making BlueAlpha’s work valuable in practice. You’ll work closely with growth and marketing teams to understand their priorities, turn analytical findings into clear recommendations, and help them put those recommendations into action.

You’ll be the person clients turn to for clarity, guidance, and follow-through. You’ll understand their business, coordinate delivery with our data science and engineering teams, and keep engagements moving from initial discovery through implementation and ongoing adoption.

You won’t build the models yourself, but you’ll need to understand our methodology well enough to explain results, question assumptions, and help clients make informed decisions. You’ll also identify where our automation can remove repetitive work and support teams as they adopt new workflows.

This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership. You’ll manage complex engagements, navigate competing stakeholder priorities, and work on-site with clients when needed. What you learn will help improve both our product and how we deliver it.

What You’ll Do

Own client relationships. Be the primary day-to-day contact for the accounts you manage. Build trust with growth and marketing teams, understand their goals, and keep priorities, expectations, and commitments clear.

Understand how clients work. Map their planning processes, reporting needs, and decision-making. Identify where they lack confidence in their data, where work gets stuck, and where BlueAlpha can make the biggest difference.

Turn analysis into action. Work with our data science team to translate findings into clear recommendations. Help clients understand what the models say, where uncertainty remains, and what they should do next.

Keep delivery moving. Coordinate with data science, engineering, and product teams to define scope, establish milestones, and resolve issues. Own the quality and clarity of client-facing work, and flag risks early.

Support adoption and change. Help clients act on recommendations and incorporate new capabilities into their daily work. Build stakeholder alignment, establish clear next steps, and follow through until changes take hold.

Identify opportunities for automation. Find reporting, campaign execution, pacing, and other workflows that create repetitive manual work. Scope opportunities with clients, partner with technical teams on implementation, and make sure the resulting workflows are useful and adopted.

Track and communicate impact. Agree on success measures with clients and review progress regularly. Show how BlueAlpha is improving decisions, saving time, or strengthening execution, and address areas where results fall short.

Support retention and expansion. Maintain a clear view of account health, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for clients to get more value from BlueAlpha. Partner with Sales on renewals and expansion, grounded in demonstrated results and client needs.

Improve how we deliver. Turn lessons from engagements into reusable playbooks, templates, and practices. Share recurring client needs with Product and Engineering, and help distinguish account-specific requests from broader product opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience owning client engagements. You’ve managed complex client relationships in consulting, customer impact, professional services, analytics, or a similar hands-on role.

  • Evidence of client results. You’ve helped clients move from recommendations to implementation, with clear improvements in how they make decisions or operate.

  • Analytical judgment. You’re comfortable interpreting quantitative work, questioning assumptions, and explaining findings and limitations to a business audience.

  • Growth and marketing fluency. You understand how marketing teams plan, allocate budgets, and evaluate performance. Experience with marketing measurement, MMM, incrementality, or attribution is a strong plus.

  • Strong delivery skills. You can turn an ambiguous request into a clear scope, coordinate technical contributors, and manage several priorities without losing track of commitments.

  • Clear communication. You can lead a client conversation, present a recommendation, and give data science or engineering teams the context they need to act.

  • Comfort with change management. You’ve navigated competing stakeholder priorities and helped teams adopt new processes or tools.

  • Commercial awareness. You understand how delivery quality and adoption affect retention and expansion, and can recognize when an account needs attention.

  • Initiative and follow-through. You notice where clients are stuck, investigate without waiting for a detailed brief, and take responsibility for moving things forward.

Experience working with enterprise clients or partnering closely with technical product teams is valuable.

What Success Looks Like

  • Clients trust you to understand their priorities and follow through on commitments.

  • Analytical findings lead to clear decisions and practical changes.

  • Engagements have clear scope, reliable delivery, and well-managed expectations.

  • Clients adopt workflows that remove measurable manual work.

  • Account risks are identified early and addressed with clear action plans.
