What teams ask us first.
Onboarding is white-glove and connector-based. By the end of it you have a live MMM, the agents running against your accounts with your guardrails in place, and the option to query and approve everything from any AI assistant through the BlueAlpha MCP.
There are two main onboarding processes: data onboarding, and context collection.
For data onboarding, we have hundreds of 1-click and native integrations with most ad platforms, data aggregators, and even Google Sheets for data that gets updated more manually. We'll also work with you to understand where we may need to build data pipelines or more complex integrations.
For context collection, we'll spend time with you and your team understanding what your marketing stack looks like — everything from the channels you're on, what you've tried historically, and any non-marketing factors we should take into account.
Once we have your data and context, you'll immediately get access to portions of the BlueAlpha platform: analyst, creative, competitive, execution, and planning agents don't require the full MMM and will allow you to immediately start capturing value and optimizing aspects of your performance.
Within 2–3 weeks, the full MMM-powered platform is live and begins the normal cadence of weekly recommendations and updates.
Two main items are needed for the full BlueAlpha solution: access to your ad platforms, and aggregated weekly (or daily) first-party data — e.g. weekly sales or conversions.
The ad-account connections (Google, Meta, TikTok, Roku, Agentio, etc.) come through standard connectors. The conversion and revenue data, plus any offline data that matters to your business, lets the model tie spend to outcomes. If your first-party data lives in Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar, we likely already have a connector built. In other cases, we can build custom connectors or connect in a number of other ways.
Typically we ask for at least a year of historical data, but are sometimes able to work with less — especially if you have previous incrementality tests we can incorporate.
That's it. There's no warehouse to build and no engineering project on your side: connecting accounts and granting data access is the bulk of the lift.

Attribution tells you what got the last click. BlueAlpha measures what spend actually drove incremental revenue, and then helps you act on it. BlueAlpha empowers you to decide what should happen next, rather than traditional MMM vendors just explaining what happened last quarter or last year.
Last-touch and multi-touch attribution assign credit they can't always prove. BlueAlpha uses a Bayesian MMM calibrated by geo-incrementality tests: causal measurement, not correlation. When a test resolves, it updates the model's posteriors directly, narrows that channel's confidence interval, and shifts every subsequent recommendation.
MTA and last-click attribution systems will never accurately tell you whether awareness or OOH channels are driving value, they'll always tell you to put more into bottom-of-funnel. That can be a helpful initial read for some brands, but we believe causal measurement is the only way to scale your mix and sustain growth over time.
And traditional dashboarding, analytics, and attribution tools are read-only, they report. BlueAlpha writes changes back to the platforms, so the measurement actually moves your spend.
BlueAlpha is built for B2C and D2C brands running meaningful spend across multiple paid channels who want causal measurement and automated execution in one system.
It's deployed across digital channels, CTV, OOH, newsletter, influencer, and more. The brands that get the most value have enough multi-channel spend and around a year of history for causal measurement to have real signal. The typical users are heads of growth, performance marketing leads, and CMOs who own budget decisions.
It's a weaker fit for single-channel advertisers or very early brands without spend history, since the causal model needs volume and time to be trustworthy. For us, it's not all about spend. Typically BlueAlpha brands have 7-figures+ in annual marketing spend, but we'll assess transactional volume for the KPI you'd like to measure to understand whether our model is a good fit. If you're achieving at least a few hundred transactions per week, that's typically sufficient.
